Attractive bouquet, with youthful, delicate, creamy hints with a touch of yeasty autolysis. In the mouth, lively persistent bubbles with clean, soft creamy fruit,excellent intensity & a lingering finish, elegant & balanced.

Elegant aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries and rose petals is reflected in a full powerful, melting flavour that creates the impression of silk. Hints of red fruits and citrus provide a pleasant freshness.

Initially reminiscent of white fruits and raisins, then vanilla and later biscuits. This champagne delivers a freshness and forcefulness typical of Yellow Label, with a symphony of fruits to follow.

Ruinart Rosé, as with all Ruinart Champagnes, is made with a high proportion of Chardonnay giving great finesse and elegance, so characteristic of Ruinart Champagnes. This champagne reveals such a fresh,distinctive, rose petal pink colour. To be served as anaperitif, followed by white meats such as poultry.

Sensational non-vintage made from the chardonnay grape. The superb golden yellow liquid glimmers enticingly throughthe clear glass. Irresistible and seductive, the champagne has a clean intense  first nose followed by warm rich notes of brioche, honey and roasted almonds with sweet lemony overtones.

5.  Bollinger Special Cuvée N.V              73.00
Very dry and rich with flavours of toast. A well rounded, full bodied wine with perfect balance between firmness and freshness.

18. Lanson Noble Cuvée Brut, 1997     105.00
On the nose there is candied fruit, quince and moorland honey with notes of dates and biscuit. In the mouth this wine is bold, balanced and persistant with hints of fresh almonds.

8.  Perrier Jouët La Belle Epoque, 1996    138.00
Intense fragrance of white fruit and grassy fields alongside more fruity aromas. Superb flavor with richness, elegance and finesse. Cream, honey, brioche and lingering nutmeg notes.

9.  Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, 1995/1996   140.00
The characteristics of this vintage are expressed in a full and silky attack. The balance is rich, with notes of honey and egg custard, which give the structure of the wine a perfect roundness.

The nose is complex and extremely fine with delicate notes of blossom and acacia. The palate, remarkable for its purity and intensity, offers a sensation of indescribable lightness. The mousse is delicate and smooth, carrying rich, refined flavours of brioche, fresh bread, vivid green apples and creamy, fleshy hazelnuts.

169.  Tre Torri, Carignano del Sulcis Rosato, Santadi, Rosé, 2006 (Italy) 20.00
Fresh, fruit driven nose of herby red berries with hints of spice. The palate is medium to light bodied and dry with generous raspberry and cranberry fruit flavours and a crisp, refreshing finish.

411. Three Choirs Rosé, 2006 (England)    21.00
Produced in Newent, West of Gloucester. A light aroma of strawberry and summer fruits, this is a delicious off-dry rosé. A fantastic summer drinking wine for those long hot summerdays ahead.

170.  Skillogalee, Cabernet/Malbec Rosé, 2006 (Australia)  23.00
The wine shows fresh raspberry and cranberry on the nose. The palate is fresh and lively, held together by a fine structure of natural acid and fine tannin balance.

418. Nelson’s Creek Cab/Sauvignon/Merlot Rosé, 2005 (South Africa) 29.00
Made from 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, this a creamy red fruited number, with a soft silky palate - very easy to drink!

410.  Château de Sours, Bordeaux, Rosé, 2000 (France)   34.00
The 2002 vintage produced extremely fruit-ripe Merlot, giving a wine that is shocking pink in colour. The nose is redolent of ripe red berry fruits with a touch of cream leading to a richly fruited palate with fresh raspberries and strawberries, balanced by a zesty,vibrant acidity. This is a really serious wine adopting an air of  frivolity.

Cherry, redcurrant and exotic fruit on the nose. Fresh and fruity redcurrant on the palate with a spicy end on the mouth with a long rounded finish. A summer must!
