Lavender & Sake Vesper       £12.00
Aviation Gin shaken hard with Lavender Eau de Vie, sake and Lillet Blanc served straight up in a chilled Martini glass with a cucumber twist.

Purple Basil Iced Tea       £10.50
Green Island Spice Gold Rum shaken with fresh purple basil, a touch of cinnamon, freshened with lemon juice and English breakfast Tea. Served long in a sling glass over block ice.

Kirsch & Absinthe Sour       £10.50
A Blend of Kirsch Eau de Vie & Elie-Arnaud Denoix Absinthe, shaken with fresh lemon juice, sugar and a touch of Peychaud bitters, served short over ice. 

Cucumber & Wasabi Champagne Fizz     £12.00
The London Gin & smooth wasabi shaken with a touch of sugar, served over fresh slice of Cucumber, then topped with champagne.

Quince & Blueberry Sour       £10.50
Muddled fresh Blueberries shaken with Quince, crème de Myrtille, a touch of sugar and balanced with fresh lemon juice served in a rocks glass.

White Peppermint & Blackberry Champagne Fizz   £12.00
White Peppermint Liqueur, creme de mure and Mora (Columbian Blackberry) stirred with Valdobbiadene Prosecco.

Santa Teresa 1796 rum blended with Rhubarb eau de vie shaken with rhubarb, grenadine fresh lime juice, served over crushed ice with a float of Aperol.

Martin Millers Gin straight poured over ice with crème de fruit rouge, lime liqueur and two fresh lime wedges over blocked ice.

Elie-Arnaud Denoix Violet Liqueur & Elderflower cordial shaken with fresh lemon juice, topped with Lerane Viognier served in the style of a spritzer!

Jamaican Appleton V/X rum shaken with Apricot brandy, Crème de Noix, fresh lime juice and a small dash of bitters, then topped with Ginger Beer served over crushed ice.

Germana 2yr Cachaca shaken with Mozart white chocolate liqueur, Lulo (Columbian Passion fruit), a touch of condensed milk and sugar, served short over crushed ice.

A blend of Clement V.S.O.P. agricole rhum & Green Island 151 molasses rum, shaken very hard with fresh pink grapefruit and a small touch of sugar served straight up.
